Terms of Service

Please Read ThoroughlyBy commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service below

WHAT WILL I DRAW

✤ Send me the finished design of your character, details and pose references.
✤ I also accept descriptions characters but please provide me all the photo reference of items needed.
✤ I only draw your characters in My Style, therefore I'll refuse if you want me to change the way I draw (for example: nose, mouth, face, line or color that similar to other artist/copy other artist style, etc) or to make it 100% same to your references. Thank you for being respectful.

PAYMENT

✤ Payment [International] = Several option can be checked on my Vgen
✤ Payment [Indonesia] = BCA
✤ Payment full upfront (I'll send you the sketch and wait for your approval after you have Fully paid me).
✤ Your commission will be automatically cancelled if you're not paying within 48 hours.
✤ I don't accept refund.
✤ I don't accept cancellation after payment has been made.
✤ Refund is only acceptable if there is no progress on your request and no trello update for more than 3 months.

WORKFLOW

✤ SKETCH, I'll send you colored sketch. You can request maximum 3 times revision.
✤ LINE, There is no revision on this step.
✤ COLOR, I'll send you the coloring progess. You can check both line and color on this step. Please check all things thoroughly, just in case I might miss any accessories or any small detail. You can request maximum 3 times minor revision on this step.
✤ FINISH, I'll send you a preview of finished drawing. You can only revise color on this step, maximum is 2 times.
✤ Your satisfaction is my satisfaction, therefore do tell me clearly if there are things need to be revised.
✤ Additional fee will be charged if you need more revisions.
✤ I'll send the final result through email in JPG and PNG (no watermark) + JPG (small watermark)
✤ Ask if you need PNG transparent
✤ Ask if you need certain canvas size

COMPLETION

✤ Completion approximately 1-3 weeks, 1 month, 2-3 months (based on the commission type you choose, details and your queue number) and might be longer due to my health and sudden important activity. Please be patient.
✤ Work day : Monday-Saturday
✤ I prioritize commission work over other activities, therefore please wait patiently, let me do my best.
✤ Character with details or background will take longer to finish. Thank you for your understanding.
✤ There is an additional fee if you want me to finish on a certain time/in rush.

QUEUE SYSTEM

1. I'll add you to the trello queue after you have fully paid me.
2. I'll do sketch all client requests from the first until the last queue (TAT 2-4 days each queue).
3. After I have sketched all the client requests , I'll return to the first queue again to complete the artwork and continue until the last queue (TAT 4-10 days each queue).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✤ Personal use only (for Commercial Use 2x base price).
✤ Vtubers/Streamers that going to use the art for promotion on Youtube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform will be counted as commercial use if has more than 4000 followers.
✤ Using private account/secondary account to avoid commercial use of Vtubers/Streamers is strictly prohibited!
✤ DO NOT copy, trace, and claim my artwork.
✤ DO NOT resell the image if you don't have Commercial Right.
✤ DO NOT use my Art for NFT/S and Al.

✤ Artist (me) right :
- Refuse to take the order if i feel that i may not be able to deliver well.
- Post and presenting the commission result on my page or portofolio in low quality+watermark.
(there is additional 8USD/50kIDR fee if you want me to keep the artwork private in a certain time)✤ Client right :
- Usage :
a) Personal Use : Profile picture/header, single print/merchandise for personal collection, non-promotionals display on twitter, instagram, and any non-broadcasting platform.
b) Commercial Use : resell bulk print/merchandise, promotional display on Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform.
- Artwork that has been emailed is the responsibility of client to protect against misuse.
- Client must not claim artwork as their own/created by them and must credit me as an artist.
- Client must not edit or modify artwork in any way without prior permission.
