Terms of Service

Please ensure thorough reading.By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service below

WHAT WILL I DRAW

✤ Provide me the finished design of your character, details and pose references.
✤ I also accept descriptions characters but please provide me all the photo reference of items needed.
✤ I will illustrate your characters in My Style, so I'll decline any requests to alter my drawing/art style (such as nose, mouth, face, line, or color resembling another artist's style) or to replicate your references exactly 100%. I appreciate your understanding and respect.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

✤ Payment [International] = Several option can be checked on my Vgen
✤ Payment [Indonesia] = BCA
✤ Payment full upfront (I'll send you the sketch and wait for your approval after you have Fully paid me).
✤ Your commission will be automatically cancelled if you're not paying within 48 hours.
✤ I don't accept cancellation after payment has been made.
✤ Clients will not receive any refunds under any circumtances. Please ensure you are absolutely certain about purchasing my services before proceeding.
✤ A refund will only be issued in the event that I am unable to complete your commission, no trello update for more than 3 months or exceeding the deadline.

WORKFLOW AND REVISIONS

✤ SKETCH, I'll provide you with colored sketch. You're allowed to request maximum 4 times revision.
✤ LINE, Revisions are not available at this stage.
✤ COLOR, I'll provide you with progress of the coloring. At this stage, please review both the line and color carefully. Take a thorough look to catch any missed accessories or small details. You're allowed to request maximum 3 minor revisions during this phase.
✤ FINISH, I'll provide you with a preview of the completed drawing. You're allowed to revise the color only at this stage, maximum is 3 times.
✤ Unused revision opportunities within a stage can be utilized in the following stage for minor revisions exclusively.
✤ Your satisfaction is my satisfaction, so please inform me if any revisions are necessary.
✤ Additional fee will be charged if you need more revisions.
✤ Please let me know if you need PNG transparent.
✤ Please let me know you need certain canvas size.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✤ Completion approximately 1-3 weeks, 1 month, 2-4 months (based on the commission type you choose, details and your queue number) and might be longer due to my health and sudden important activity. Please be patient.
✤ Work day : Monday-Saturday
✤ As I focus on commission work above all else, I kindly ask for your patience and trust as I dedicate myself to delivering the best possible outcome.
✤ Commissions with details or backgrounds will require additional time for completion. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
✤ There will be an extra charge if you require expedited completion within a specified timeframe.
✤ I'll deliver the final result via email (for non VGen) in JPG and PNG (no watermark) + JPG (small watermark)

QUEUE SYSTEM

1. I'll add you to the trello queue after you have fully paid me.
2. I will sketch all client requests starting from the first queue and continuing until the last one. (TAT 2-4 days each queue).
3. Once I've sketched all the client requests, I'll circle back to the initial queue to finalize the artwork and proceed in sequence until the last queue. (TAT 4-10 days each queue).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✤ Personal use only (for Commercial Use 2x base price).
✤ Vtubers/Streamers that going to use the art for promotion on Youtube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform will be counted as commercial use if has more than 4000 followers.
✤ Using private account/secondary account to avoid commercial use of Vtubers/Streamers is strictly prohibited!
✤ DO NOT copy, trace, and claim my artwork.
✤ DO NOT resell the image if you don't have Commercial Right.
✤ DO NOT use my Art for NFT/S and Al.

✤ Artist (me) right :
- I will decline to accept the commission if I sense that I may not be able to deliver satisfactory result.
- I retain the authority to terminate the commission if I believe the client is behaving inappropriately or violates the Terms of Service.
- Sharing and showcasing the commissioned result on my social media and portofolio with low quality+small watermark. There is an additional fee of 8USD if you prefer the artwork to remain private for specified period.✤ Client right :
- Usage :
a) Personal Use : Profile picture/header, single print/merchandise for personal collection, non-promotionals display on twitter, instagram, and any non-broadcasting platform.
b) Commercial Use : resell bulk print/merchandise, promotional display on Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform.
- Artwork that has been emailed is the responsibility of client to protect against misuse.
- Client must not claim artwork as their own/created by them and must credit me as an artist.
- Client must not edit or modify artwork in any way without prior permission.
